Who is this program for?
This challenge is perfect for busy individuals, working parents, or families who want to build healthy habits, lose fat, and enjoy fitness together — even if you’re just starting out.
Do I need to go to a gym or have equipment?
Not at all! All sessions are home-based. You’ll only need a small space and your own bodyweight. Optional: A yoga mat or water bottle.
How long are the sessions each day?
Most sessions are just 30 minutes a day, including warm-up and cool-down. Totally manageable even with a busy schedule!
What if I miss a live class?
Don’t worry! All sessions are recorded and shared in the WhatsApp group or email — so you can catch up anytime.
Is it suitable for beginners?
Yes! All workouts are beginner-friendly, low-impact, and progressive. We guide you step-by-step.
